·      I have placed my faith in Jesus Christ as my Savior. 

·      I affirm New Song Community Church’s statement of faith. 

·      I value New Song Community Church’s core values. 

·      I will pursue New Song Community Church’s vision by regularly attending weekend services and by growing in my relationship with God by loving and serving Him and others, both inside and outside of the local church. 

·      I will take primary responsibility for my spiritual growth by obeying the Lord in baptism, developing private disciplines such as Bible reading and prayer, and by living out my Christian life within the context of the local church community. 

·      I will voluntarily place myself under the authority of Jesus Christ, as well as those who govern the church. 

·      I will pursue love and unity with other members of the church, with the larger Christian community, and I will strive to maintain a good name with people who are not Christians. 

·      I will financially support the ministries of New Song Community Church willingly, cheerfully, generously, and sacrificially. 

·      As a Christian, I recognize I am only able to accomplish these things with the help of the Holy Spirit.
